How do I rate a builder?

Rating a builder couldn’t be easier. Visit the Rate a Builder page, enter your name and email address, select your builder and answer the questions in our short survey. We ask for your name and email address to ensure that the rating is legitimate.

Answer each question by selecting one of the available options: poor, below average, average, above average and great. Once you have finished, click the Submit Rating button. It’s that easy.
 

What happens when I rate a builder?

When you rate a builder, all of your answers are gathered, a mean value is calculated and this mean value is added into the builders list of user ratings.

A builders’ overall rating is the mean value of their user ratings.

I want to rate a builder which isn't on this website

You cannot rate a business on Rate my Builder if they are not signed up to an account with us.

However, if you have a builder who you feel would like to be on the site, you can suggest a builder here. Your suggestion will be brought to the attention of the Rate My Builder team, and an invitation will be sent out to the suggested builder.

How do I sign up my business?

Builder sign up on Rate my Builder is a simple process. Visit the builder signup page and follow our three step process:

1. Choose a listing plan from our available options
2. Enter your business details
3. Confirm your order and select a payment type
    

How long will my business be signed up for?

Each listing plan has two options – 12 months and 24 months. So depending on which plan you select, your business will be signed up for either 1 or 2 years.

Can I renew my account once it runs out?

If your subscription runs out, you can renew your subscription, yes. Simply log in to your account using the details provided to you when you first signed up and follow the “renew listing” link.

If you are renewing your listing before your subscription has run out, an extra time period will be added to the end of your current listing.

If you cannot remember your account password, simply go to the builder login page and click the forgotten password link. You will be asked to enter your email address. Once you do this, your password will be reset and sent to your email address. The email will provide you with the information required to log back in to your account.
